What you need to know before you budget
How is managed IT priced?
Per user, per month, at a flat rate that includes helpdesk, monitoring, patching and onsite support. Plans start at $155 per user per month.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
Onboarding is quoted once, fixed-fee, after the discovery assessment so there are no surprises. Small offices frequently have onboarding waived on a multi-year agreement.
What is not included in the monthly fee?
Hardware, third-party software licensing, cabling, office moves and large project work are quoted separately and approved by you in advance.
Do you require long contracts?
We offer month-to-month, annual and multi-year terms. Longer terms lower the monthly rate; month-to-month is available if you want to prove the relationship first.
